Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Alpflow Studios, particularly in the field of audio production (recording, editing, mixing, mastering), both in-studio and online.

3. Services
Alpflow Studios offers the following services:

Recording – in the studio
Editing – online
Mixing – online
Mastering – online

Specific services are agreed upon individually and confirmed in writing.

4. Contract Conclusion
A contract is formed upon written confirmation of a quote or a binding booking of a service.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in CHF, excluding VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reminder fees.

6. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance: free of charge
Later cancellations: 50% of the agreed price
No-shows without notice: full amount due

7. Copyright and Usage Rights
Works created by Alpflow Studios are protected by copyright. Usage rights are granted only after full payment. Redistribution or commercial use beyond the agreed scope requires written consent.

8. Social Media Credit Requirement
Clients are required to clearly credit Alpflow Studios whenever the delivered audio material is used in social media (e.g., by tagging @alpflowstudios).
Example: “Mix & Master by @alpflowstudios”
This applies especially to posts, reels, videos, shorts, and live streams. Violations may result in revocation of usage rights.

9. Liability
Alpflow Studios is only liable for gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for damages caused by third parties or incorrect source material provided by the client.

10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws. See the Data protection for further details.

11. Final Provisions
Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of Alpflow Studios. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
